About Us
Piggledy Higgledy Duo consists of soprano Jenny Bacon with pianist Siobhain O'Higgins. After meeting in 2012, Jenny & Siobhain have given a number of concerts and recitals together. They premiered David Lewiston Sharpe's song cycle 'Twlight by the River' in January 2017 in London. Future plans include a CD of newly commissioned works, as well as further concert and recital work.
Piggledy Higgledy duo offers a unique chance to design your own concert to suit the needs of your event. The duo offer tailor made programmes, each one with a middle portion of repertoire chosen by the client.

We will tailor make our programmes to suit our clients needs with both song content and timings. A 'typical' programme format may look like this:
First Section: Operetta and Opera Classics Middle Section: Choice of repertoire appropriate to setting e.g. Scottish Folk Songs for a Burns Night Supper, songs following a theme or relevant to an institution for a particular dinner or event Final Section: Lighter repertoire including folk songs and Musical Theatre numbers |
